Before booking your scheduled appointment you’re asked to acknowledge our cancellation policy. Our cancellation policy protects us stylist to ensure we have a way to still get paid for that scheduled day. Just like everyone else we have mouths to feed & bills to pay. Our stylist time is valuable, just like yours. We ask that you respect that time by kindly notifying us of appointment cancellations at least 48 hours in advance. If you’re unable to cancel your appointment within that timeframe, the following fees will be incurred:  •48 hr cancellation fee - 25% of service •24 hr cancellation fee - 50% of service •Same day cancellation fee - 75% of service •NO SHOW - 100% of service ~15 minute grace period if you’re past that we will have to reschedule and we will have to charge a 10% fee
